Your hot? I don't mean like, your hot to the good looking dude. I mean like wishing it was a cold winter day because today I am melting!

The heat is zapping my energy. And summer is not even here yet!

I have so much on my agenda for today. Let's see oh yea, have not done any chores on the task masters list.

Matter of fact wet clothes lay neatly at the bottom of the washer machine. Dry clothes lay in a heap in the dryer. Second load of Altar clothes neatly lay on the ironing board ready to be ironed. I sent the first batch of linens with my daughter for her to drop off at church this morning.

But don't get me wrong, I did have a busy morning. Olivia come first thing this morning bright and early with an agenda all her own. She did not sleep well her mommy said. I could tell, when she is tired it's her way or no way! :)

Olivia did help with some dusting, cleaning dishes in the sink. Okay more like playing with the water. But it kept her happy and busy while I wrote a dear friend a hand written letter. My penmanship is really weak, but my greeting was sincere!

After sealing the envelope I decided our flat stove needed a good cleaning. That lead to me cleaning the whole kitchen including clearing off our kitchen  table and polishing it. Good thing I was lead to clearing the table because the upstairs shower began leaking and spraying drips of water all over the table. Go figure, right? All Olivia now wanted to do was play with the pot that I put under the leak.

So here we are, 11:45 am and I am exhausted. Can't blame it all on Olivia for she has been asleep for the last hour half after I rocked her to sleep. Precious moment for sure! I just kissed her cheeks   while she slept in my arms. As long as my list was of must do's...I just held her not wanting to put her in her room.

Well, here we are a morning of frustrations is leading us into a afternoon of calmer times. Olivia will be well rested, and I will be able to take a nap as Megan her mommy has a half day of teaching!

I suppose the Altar clothes will be ironed when I am refreshed. If I wait long enough Leah will get her own clothes out of the drying and empty the wet clothes. Now the kitchen is ready for our Pre-Cana couple coming tonight to really learn what married life is about!

Hopefully we won't talk about the weather!
