Anyone else being 'lazy' today?
10 things I should be doing but playing instead

1.) Parish Newsletter
2.) Organizing my office
3.) Weeding
4.) Cleaning

Okay so I can only come up with four, that's not a bad inventory list.
Well, I confess, I just could not bare to continue to list those things I am
neglecting.

Another confession, I am actually deleting the pile of dirty clothes on my
laundry room floor. My new washer is being very sensitive these days. It appears that I have to manually put the machine on rinse cycle. The manufacturer book is by far the most interesting read today! My husband has a task to do tooonnnighhttt! Praying it will be an easy fix to clean out the filter.

Turned down lunch date today. I rarely turn down sharing time with friends but today
I am still doing dishes from our Easter dinner. Do you believe it? Well, the dishwasher was not
dissolving the soap therefore, I had to run the dishwasher several times. Yes, indeed another
instructional book was opened today! Finally, fixed the soap holder spring...and walla cleaned load of dishes! On to the next load waiting to be cleaned!

Almost forgot the most exciting moment of the day! A text from my daughter read her school was on lock down due to a person on the run with a gun! So my daughter who was planning to babysit my grand-daughter while I went to lunch, was scared.  Mind you, she is a college student! Can't blame her really, we look out the window and see a man that fit the description: Black shirt, blue jeans in our neighbors yard with a shovel. Scary moment till we realized he was surveying their property. It took about 10 minutes to assure Brighid he was not acting like a man on the run. Fun time we had this morning!
